There are 4 registration schemes, Standard, Standard Plus, Premium and Premium Plus. Details below:

Registering
- Both Standard and Premium registrations include use of our Building Regulations Notes and use of the Fully Functional Apps for Extensions, New Builds, New Build Flats, Flat Conversions, Loft, Garage Conversions, Garage Builds and Basement Conversions.
- Payment is secure by Card or Paypal account. Please note that a Paypal account is not required. More info here
- Auto Renewing Subscription via Paypal is now an option when you sign-up. Users can cancel auto-renewal by logging into Paypal and cancelling the recurring payment. Alternatively, contact us if you don't have a Paypal account (paid by card) and we can cancel it on your behalf.
- Alternatively, pay by cheque or BACS. To make payment by cheque or BACS, please click here for more information .
- Important Note: The Specs are applicable to work in England & Wales only.
- Premium Registration provides all of the benefits of Standard registration plus access to 930+ detail drawings in DWG, DXF and JPG formats.
- The beauty of this system is that when you add one of our Building Regulations notes to your specification you can download the corresponding drawing straightaway!
- Most (but not all) of our Building Regs notes have an associated detail drawing.
- Save paying every time you need detail drawings. Just hit the download button and choose the format (dwg/dxf /jpeg).
- Premium Registration gives you access to our latest drawings, updates etc.
Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal (with or without Paypal Account) or via Stripe Checkout.

Once payment is complete, you should receive:
- An Email from BuildingRegs4Plans with confirmation of registration and your login details
- A VAT Invoice
If you haven't received either these, please check your "spam" or "junk" email folders. Outlook users may need to check whether your email has been filtered out or not downloaded. Please contact us, if you are unable to find your login details or cannot login.
Important: Please add our email addresses

After completing payment, you'll automatically be returned to the BuildingRegs4Plans website, showing confirmation of registration.

You can then log into your account!

To pay by cheque or BACS / Online Payment for registration, simply email us via our contact form using the relevant link below, including:
- Your email address.
- Type of payment (Cheque or BACS / Online Payment).
- Type of registration (Premium or Standard, etc).
- (Note: Cheques should be made payable to 'Syspec Ltd')
For BACS / Online Payment, don't forget to include VAT as our prices are shown on the website excluding vat.
