• Important Note: The Specs are applicable to work in England & Wales only.

Standard Plus

• Standard Plus includes QuickSpec Mobile App, available for both Android/IOS. More info here.
• Cost is £99.00 + vat (20%) per year (Including 'QuickSpec' Mobile App).

Premium

• Premium Registration provides all the benefits of Standard registration plus access to 940+ detail drawings in DWG, DXF, JPG & PDF formats.
• The beauty of this system is that when you add one of our Building Regulations notes to your specification you can download the corresponding drawing straightaway!
• Many (but not all) of our Building Regs notes have an associated detail drawing.
• Save paying every time you need detail drawings. Just hit the download button and choose the format (dwg/dxf/jpg/pdf).
• Premium Registration gives you access to our domestic/residential latest drawings, updates etc.
• Cost is £136.00 + vat (20%) per year

Premium Plus

• Premium Plus includes QuickSpec Mobile App, available for both Android/IOS. More info here.
• Cost is £147.50 + vat (20%) per year (Including 'QuickSpec' App).

Premium Commercial

• Premium Commercial Registration provides all the benefits of Premium registration plus access to the Commercial Module.
• The Commercial Module provides Building Regs Specifications and Detail Drawings for Commercial Projects including Buildings for the following purposes:
  • Offices
  • Assembly & Recreation
  • Industrial
  • Storage and Other Non-Residential Buildings
• Premium Commercial Registration gives you access to our latest drawings, updates for both Domestic and Commercial Projects.
• Access 1800+ Building Regs Specs and 1020+ Detail Drawings (total of both Domestic and Commercial sections).
• Cost is £196.00 + vat (20%) per year

Premium Plus Commercial

• Premium Plus Commercial includes QuickSpec Mobile App, available for both Android/IOS. More info here.
• Cost is £207.50 + vat (20%) per year (Including 'QuickSpec' App).

Payment

• Payment is secure by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal account or Stripe Checkout which includes Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
• Auto Renewing Subscription via PayPal is now an option when you sign up. Users can cancel auto-renewal by logging into PayPal and cancelling the recurring payment. Alternatively, contact us if you don't have a PayPal account (paid by card) and we can cancel it on your behalf.

Payment can be made via PayPal (with or without PayPal Account) or via Stripe Checkout (Debit/Credit Card | Apple Pay | Google Pay | Link)

Once payment is complete, you should receive:

• An Email from BuildingRegs4Plans with confirmation of registration and your login details
• A VAT Invoice

If you haven't received these, please check your "spam" or "junk" email folders. Outlook users may need to check whether your email has been filtered out or not downloaded. Please contact us, if you are unable to find your login details or cannot log in.

Important: Please add our email addresses 'contact@buildingregs4plans.co.uk' and 'contact@syspec.co.uk' to your safe-senders list, in order to receive registration confirmation, invoices etc.

After completing your payment, you will also be automatically returned to the BuildingRegs4Plans website, showing confirmation of registration.

Iif you paid by card, you may have to click a link "Return to merchant's website".

You can then log into your account!

To pay by cheque or BACS / Online Payment for registration, simply email us via our contact form using the relevant link below, including:

• Your email address.
• Type of payment (Cheque or BACS / Online Payment).
• Type of registration (Premium, Standard, Commercial etc).
• (Note: Cheques should be made payable to 'Syspec Ltd')

For BACS / Online Payment, don't forget to include VAT as our prices are shown on the website excluding vat.
